This panel allows you to pay any operative that you will hire to be included in the mission. The Alliance (your boss) has created an online account for you so you can use money on the account to pay for the service of operative or to receive money from the Alliance.

When you start campaign/ scenario, the operative you've hired will be with you from the beginning. During campaign game, if you hire new operative, you'll have to pick him/her up at the arrival point at certain time specified in Squad Panel.

During scenario game, you can't hire new operative.
