This panel allows you to hire up to 5 operatives to be included in your squad. There are a list of 24 operatives to choose from. Keep in mind that not all of them are available to be hired. Some of them probably are dead, missing or injured.

You can click View Details Button to know more about the operative that you are going to hire such as their statistics and skills. If you are ready to hire them, just click Transaction Button to deal with the operative.
