This panel will show the current status of campaign. To win the campaign, the Alliance must have 90% control of all the towns. This can be achieved if your squad finish all of missions given to you which will give up to 32% control to the Alliance. The rest is handled by 6 squads of guerilla in each town fighting the soldiers. You can't control these squads as they are controlled by computer.

Each day, these squads will fight the soldiers and destroy the war machines. So total soldiers killed and machines destroyed by guerilla should improve from time to time. This mean that to win the campaign, you need all the help you can get to from these squads. A total of 18 squads can determine the fate of the campaign.

Yes, your squad represent talented special operatives but your squad alone can't win the campaign by themselves.
